Commercial Sodium Hypochlorite 12–15% Sanitiser

MPI APPROVED (MPI-C41) For use in Dairy Farms (Contact Surfaces) – H1480

Brand Update Note: This product was previously marketed under the trade name Chlorine Based Disinfectant Sanitizer Solution XY Plus. To provide chemical transparency and align with official manufacturer specifications, it is now named Sodium Hypochlorite 12–15%. The active formulation, efficacy, and application ratios remain identical.

EnviroChem Sodium Hypochlorite 12–15% is a fast-acting industrial chlorine sanitiser designed for broad-spectrum biological control, biofilm destruction, water purification, and surface restoration. MPI approved for dairy farm surface contact, this versatile liquid cleaner is widely used across agricultural, commercial cleaning, and pool maintenance sectors in New Zealand.

Application & Dilution Ratios

Application Dilution Ratio / Dosage Contact Time & Notes
Equipment Sanitising 200 mL per 100 L clean water 5 minutes contact time. For pre-cleaned equipment.
Pool Water Treatment 5 mL to 25 mL per 1,000 L water 20 minutes min contact. Target residual chlorine: 0.05 ppm.
Environmental Cleaning 1 part Sodium Hypochlorite to 2 parts water (1:2 ratio) 10 minutes min contact. Removes moss, algae, mould & milk fats.

Exterior Soft-Washing & House Wash Guide

When using Sodium Hypochlorite for exterior house washing, mix with ChemShop Exterior House Wash Cleaner to act as a surfactant. This allows the solution to cling to vertical surfaces for optimal dwell time while helping protect metal fixtures from corrosion.

Quick Mix Guide (For a 10L Sprayer)

  • Light Maintenance Wash (1% Mix): 650 mL Sodium Hypochlorite + 9.25 L Water + 100 mL Exterior House Wash
  • Medium Wash / Organic Growth (2% Mix): 1.3 L Sodium Hypochlorite + 8.60 L Water + 100 mL Exterior House Wash
  • Heavy-Duty / Moss & Lichen (3% Mix): 2.0 L Sodium Hypochlorite + 7.85 L Water + 150 mL Exterior House Wash

Safety Tip: Always pre-wet surrounding gardens and foliage with fresh water prior to applying sodium hypochlorite solution, and rinse thoroughly after cleaning.

📦 How We Calculate Shipping

Because we supply professional-grade, highly concentrated liquids in 5L, 20L, and bulk drum configurations, our packages are significantly heavier than standard retail items.

To ensure fairness, we do not inflate our product prices to offer “fixed price” shipping. Instead, we pass on direct courier rates calculated strictly by the total deadweight of your order at the final checkout screen.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Windows

We ship nationwide across New Zealand from our local facility using trusted heavy-goods industrial couriers.

  • Auckland Region: 1–2 business days

  • Rest of North Island: 2–3 business days

  • South Island: 3–5 business days

  • Note: Please allow an additional 1–2 days for Rural Delivery (RD) addresses.

💡 Pro-Tip for Smart Buying

The heavier the box, the cheaper the courier rate becomes per kilogram. Consolidating your cleaning liquids or bulk chemical orders into a single purchase dramatically dilutes the final freight impact on your total basket value.
