Yes, we offer nationwide delivery, including rural areas. Please note that we do not deliver “Dangerous Goods” to RD addresses and there will be extra charges imposed by the carrier for rural deliveries and times may vary depending on your location.

We are primarily an online store and ship our products as quickly as possible, however in certain circumstances we can accommodate collections from East Tamaki, Auckland with prior arrangement.

Please note: Our priority is to load and unload our transport partners and adhere to regular schedules. We generally do not offer same-day collection, and there may be a wait time upon arrival.
A large portion of our products are in stock ready to be shipped out within 24 hours of your order. However in some cases we may need to produce product for your order and there may be a 1-2 day delay. We will keep you informed if this is the case.
Yes, we offer free delivery services in Auckland for all orders over $198.00 Our delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. A “Dangerous Goods” Surcharge may still be applicable.

Yes we do have many products which are eco-friendly and environmental friendly. We also sell MPI approved cleaning chemicals and hospital grade cleaning products.
While ChemShop is an online bulk wholesaler of cleaning chemicals, in some circumstances we can organise order collections from East Tamaki, Auckland.
To do so, please place your order online and specify that you want to pick it up. All orders must be placed and paid for online, as we do not accept payments at the time of pickup.

ChemShop.co.nz is able to take and process your orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – even on public holidays. Orders are fulfilled & dispatched during business days / hours.
While our human staff only work normal business days / hours, we have an amazing Chatbot called ChemAssist that is always available to answer your cleaning chemical related questions. (read below for further information.) If ChemAssist can’t help with everything you need, please email us and we will get back to you asap.
Some areas are green but in general they are all quite dingy.
For cleaning concrete paths, particularly those affected by green algae or moss, I recommend using a specialised Moss and Mould Killer. A product such as Moss and Mould Killer Highly Concentrate is formulated to address moss, mould, and other persistent stains on concrete surfaces, restoring them to a clean and bright condition.
To use, dilute the product as instructed on the packaging, apply it to the affected areas, and allow it to penetrate for several minutes. Afterwards, scrub the surface with a stiff brush or use a pressure washer, then rinse thoroughly to achieve optimal results.
For addressing broader staining and general discolouration, you may also wish to consider Concrete Cleaner Splash n Dash, which is specifically designed for routine maintenance of concrete surfaces.
