A high-foaming, chlorinated alkaline detergent designed to cling to vertical walls and complex machinery to lift persistent organic films. Formulated as Sanifoam, it provides deep chemical breakdown of fat deposits and protein bonds while delivering deep sanitisation across meat processing bays, abattoirs, and food manufacturing cleanrooms.

Sanifoam is a heavy-duty, high-foaming alkaline chlorinated cleaner and sanitiser specifically engineered for the food, beverage, and dairy processing industries. Combining powerful caustic sodium hydroxide (<15%) with active chlorine (<30%), Sanifoam rapidly cuts through stubborn fats, protein films, grease, and blood stains while delivering deep surface sanitisation.
MPI APPROVED (C-38 / C-31): Passed for use in all food processing areas, abattoirs, and farm dairies when used in accordance with label directions.

Dilution Ratios & Application Guide
Important: Always dilute Sanifoam with cold or cool potable water. Do NOT mix with hot water, as heat rapidly decomposes active chlorine and releases hazardous fumes.

- Before use, all edible product and packaging material must be removed from the room (unless the room can be divided into distinct areas where no product/packaging is present and cross-contamination is impossible).
- After using this compound, all food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production resumes.

- Active Ingredients: Sodium Hydroxide (<15.0%), Sodium Hypochlorite (<30.0%), Non-Ionic Surfactants (10–20%).
- Free Available Chlorine: 3% minimum at date of manufacture.
- pH Level: 14.0 (Concentrate) | 12.0 (1% working solution).
- Specific Gravity: 1.09 @ 20°C.
- Appearance: Thick, clear to pale yellow liquid with a characteristic chlorine odour.
- DG Transport Rating: Class 8 Corrosive (UN 3266 Corrosive Liquid, Basic, Inorganic, N.O.S.).
- Chemical Incompatibilities: DO NOT MIX with acids (generates toxic chlorine gas) or Quaternary Ammonium disinfectants. Avoid prolonged contact with soft metals (like untreated aluminium) and poor-quality paints.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Wear chemical-resistant PVC/rubber gloves, splash goggles/face shield, protective aprons, and gumboots during handling.
