Directions:

Heavy Duty Cleaning: For heavily soiled and/or porous surfaces to be cleaned at the rate of 1 part Multi-Clean to 5 parts water. Apply to the surfaces to be cleaned. Scrub in well and allow to dwell on the surface for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly or wipe off where necessary.

Light Duty Cleaning: Dilute 1 part Multi Clean to 10 parts water. Scrub in well and allow to dwell on the surface for 5 minutes. Rinse or wipe off thoroughly after cleaning.

Before use, all edible product and packaging material must be removed from the room, unless the room can be divided into distinct areas, no edible product or packaging material is present in the area during cleaning and there can be no possibility of contamination of product or packaging material as a result of cleaning.
3. After using this compound, food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts.
